A Rainy, Relaxing Day

An overcast, rainy day, but a relaxing break from our usual craziness.

Bill and I have desperately been trying to organize our house and keep it clean. One attempt at that has been to move most of the toys down into the basement. Heather and Kailey like to play down there and now that they play pretty well together, this has worked somewhat successfully. Heather will share and help Kailey play with Barbies (which made an amazing reappearance from 'The Dump", where they have been in hiding since the last time Heather refused to clean them up. We'll see how long they stay out of "The Dump"). Heather knows how to use the CD player and will turn on music for us all to listen to.

This morning has been a calm morning playing/messing up the basement and listening to music. Both girls have been quietly entertaining themselves and I have been sitting with them enjoying my day off for Veteran's Day. We never get to relax for long (since at least one of us gets tired of just sitting around). We'll have to get around to getting some errands done at some point day.
