Christmas

Heather was feeling much better for Christmas and both girls had a great time! Kailey was VERY into Christmas and loved opening presents. She opened her presents, plus would help anyone else who needed assistance.

Just as Heather had requested, she received a Barbie from Santa. However, she needs another Barbie like she needs a hole in the head! But, she loves getting them and, based on the build up to Christmas and Santa, I'm sure she would have been upset if she didn't get one. After Daddy cut through all the wires and ties containing Ballerina Barbie, Heather was good to go! Kailey received Pat Pat Rocket from Little Einsteins. That was a huge hit with Kailey (and Heather). We have never been able to get Kailey to watch TV (even when we've tried to get her to!). But, she loves 'patting' with Rocket to get him to blast off on TV. She doesn't really watch any other part of the show, but loves Rocket. So, having her own Rocket is great!

Another thing Kailey seemed to love was her very own 'Big Girl' underwear! She has worn them on and off for a little while. We'll see how she does with her own pair. Heather also received clothes, and unlike some kids, was very happy about some new dresses to wear.

We all had a great Christmas with Aunt Meg, Uncle Scott, Nana and Papa. Hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas!
