She ceased her humming and glanced at me curiously.
"Who went where?" She smiled a little, being used to my head asking more questions than actually emerged from my mouth.

Kailey routinely is caught mid-thought when asking questions. But, she rarely seems to recognize that others haven't heard her previously unspoken lines of questioning; quickly becoming frustrated with the lack of clarity in both the question and the response.
But, it rarely stops her efforts at achievement:
All A Honor Roll for 2nd marking period in 4th grade.
