A Few Fun Days

VERY behind.. so, let's keep moving...

In between our outtings in Florida, we also had a few days of just playing with Nana and Papa. They have a pool, but children don't seem to understand temperature, even when given first hand experience with it. So, both Heather and Kailey were in the pool a few times, even though it was pretty cold.

My parents have also picked up a few 'grandchild' toys at random sales. Heather and Kailey both liked the bikes. Papa, and others, quickly tired of leaning over to push Kailey. By the end, my dad had rigged up a rope to pull Kailey; she still needed to steer, but it was better than leaning over all the time.

And, lastly, just because it was there:

We went to the Bass ProShop to look for new Crocs for Kailey (which we didn't find there). We did find a child sized ATV, PINK no less. Heather has been on one before at a 'farm party' when she was about Kailey's age. She had fun (and so did Daddy!). She was pretty excited to find an ATV that was her size and princess pink. Kailey would probably love it... although it doesn't appear that way in the picture :)
